All our items are made to order so delivery times may vary. Once complete your order will be shipped by Royal Mail. Alternatively orders can be collected directly from us or we do delivery to our local area. Please see more details at checkout.
We aim to pack your order with as much care as possible and many items are breakable so we will make sure to get them to you as securely as possible.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
At Bakerlee Creations we aim to give our customers the best shopping experience possible.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please send us an email to bakerleecreations@gmail.com please include you order number and as much detail as possible to aid us in helping you.
Items that have been made incorrectly will be eligible for refund or exchange.
Before we make any new designs for you or add personalised details we will send over a draft for you to check.
Please note that any items that have been personalised and are made to your request can not be returned.
If the item needs to be returned to us we recommend using a tracking system for example royal mail signed for. Once the item is received and providing the item meets the eligibility criteria we will issue a refund using the purchase payment information . Alternatively items can be replaced if they have been made incorrectly.
